REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

 

Due to the nature of digital products, Free Folks Presets cannot issue a refund once the files have been accessed and downloaded. Situations that meet a certain criteria such as duplicate orders will be granted a refund. Nothing contained herein shall be interpreted or construed as approving a refund or an obligation to refund an order by Free Folks Presets. 

If an issue does arise we work with all customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase and come to a resolution with them.
